Neijiang Normal University

Neijiang NormalUniversity, located in the picturesque historical and cultural city of Neijiang, the “Home of Painting and Calligraphy”, is a state-approved undergraduate university under the supervision of the Sichuan provincial government. The university focuses on undergraduate education and plans to develop graduate education in the future.

The university has more than 16000 students and 1333 faculty members. There are 874 professional teachers, 323 of whom with titles of Associate or Full Professor, and 456 with Master’s or Doctorate degrees. The campus covers an area of 67 hectares and the total building area is 340,000 square meters. The teaching facility and equipment value up to 87.09 million RMB. The library maintains a collection of 1.23 million copies. The university consists of 14 schools, offering 50 undergraduate specialties in 9 fields: literature, science, education, management, history, economics, law, technology and art. Admission is open to the whole nation. The university boasts 18 research institutes, including the ZhangDaqianResearchCenter, and the Numerical Simulation Laboratory.
