Founded in 1984, Hainan College of Economics and Business (HCEB) is a Tier 1 national public institution of vocational education in China. The School of International Education at HCEB has 72 full-time Chinese teachers and foreign instructors from the US, UK, Korea, Japan and Russia. The school is currently offering programs of Business English, Applied Korean, Applied Russian, Applied Japanese, and Tourism English. In addition, The school also implements a "dual certificate" system where a student upon completion of his or her degree with be awarded with both the Academic Certificate and Vocational Qualification Certificate.
