Hebei Institute of International Business and Economics

Hebei Institute of International Business and Economics is located in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, with Daihe River in the north and Bohai Sea in the south. The college covers an area of 528 acres, a building area of 200,000 square meters, with more than 500 faculty and staff, 9,000 students, and 580,000 books. Total fixed asset value is more than 370 million yuan, and total teaching equipment value is more than 52 million yuan. The college has won more than 30 honors such as " a national language standardization demonstration school", "a national education reform and innovation model college", "and a civilized unit in Hebei Province". It is one of the members of the Qinhuangdao College Alliance.

The school offers 8 languages including English, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Spanish, etc., with 8 departments of economic management, international business, western languages, eastern languages, tourism, preschool education, elementary education, media. Majors are established surrounding Economics, foreign trade, tourism, education, and media. Business English and English education are national key majors, and pre-school education and application of Korean are majors in central financial support for construction.

Teachers with a deputy senior title or above account for 40%, doctors and masters account for more than half. Nearly one-third of teachers have overseas educational degree and overseas study and working experiences, and  double-qualified teacher account for 80%. There are one provincial-level excellent expert, one provincial teaching teacher, one provincial second-level teacher and three third-level teachers.
