Accommodation

Single room on campus: 1200 RMB/month (for one person), including water fee, Internet fee and electricity fee.

Campus double room: 600 RMB/month/person (two people sharing), including water fee, Internet fee and electricity fee.

Donghe off-campus single room: 800 RMB/month (for one person), including water, Internet and electricity bills.

Off-campus double room: 400 RMB/month (two people living together), including water, Internet, electricity bills.

Important notice:       

1. You need to pay  tuition deposit fee: 3000RMB or 500USD when receiving the Admission notice. Only the tuition deposit fee can be returned by the Force majeure after submitting the relevant supporting materials.

2. Room deposit: 1000RMB/ academic year  (The amount will be returned if all equipment is in good condition when students check out.) 

3. Prepaid Electricity fee 1000rmb: to either refund an overcharge or ask for a surcharge in case of a price 
4. Domestic students are required to provide proof of school attendance
