Schoalrship policy:

Applicants can apply for CHONGQING MAYOR SCHOLARSHIP or YANGTZE NORMAL UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT SCHOLARSHIP.

(1) CHONGQING MAYOR SCHOLARSHIP: RMB 25,000 YUAN PER ACADEMIC YEAR.  Obtained based on individual comprehensive performance ranking after admission       

(2) YANGTZE NORMAL UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT SCHOLARSHIP:

First Class (30%): RMB 14,000 Yuan per academic year;

Second class (50%): RMB 10,000 Yuan per academic year;

Third class (20%): RMB 6,000 Yuan per academic year.

Note: Undergraduate programs' successful applicants will get first-class YZNU President Scholarship in the first academic year. From the second academic year on, the university will assess the scholarship according to students' academic result and performance in the previous academic year in July.

Important notice: 

(1) Language certification: IELTS≥ 5.5, or TOEFL (Internet-based) ≥70，or provide proof of English learning and three-minute self-introduction video in English, and may call or video interview according to the situation.

(2) If you want to apply for CHONGQING MAYOR SCHOLARSHIP, please provide two additional letters of recommendation and study plan.

(3) This program is 4 years. Students study for Chinese language in the 1st academic year, and study for major courses taught in English in the next 3 academic years.
