2. Concerning Language Certificate:

   A. Applicants should pass an English-speaking interview. With a minimum overall band of 6.0 in IELTS, or a minimum score of 80 in TOFEL, the interview can be exempted.

   B. Applicants whose native language is English, or who can provide proofs of studying in a degree program taught in English for 2 years or more, do not need to provide the language certificate.

3. Basic requirements for completion of Pre-Master’s preparation program

   (1) The minimum attendance rate of classes: 90%.

   (2) Students have good performance and right attitude at study in SWUFE, with a minimum average scores of 70 and no failure in examination.

   (3) Students cannot violate any law and regulation.
